This is our 6th year raising Thanksgiving Turkeys, and as we state each year, we’re certain that our pasture raised turkey will be the piece de resistance of your Thanksgiving dinner!
Using the same practices we apply to our pasture raised chicken year round, we start a small flock of Broad Breasted White & Orlopp Mammoth Bronze poults in July 2026. These docile domestic breeds are known for their tender, juicy meat. They will spend their days foraging for protein rich bugs and consuming a mix of fresh annual and perennial forage from our pastures, with access to a supplemental free-choice feed (Non GMO & soy-free) to ensure they have a well balanced diet.
This $85.00 deposit reserves your family’s bird & will be deducted from the total price ($10.25/LB) of the bird when you pick it up. For example, a 16 pound bird @ $10.25/lb will be $164.00. After the $85 deposit, the amount due at pick up would be $79.
Our Turkeys are raised naturally therefore size will vary from year to year. In years past, they have ranged from 11-30+ pounds. Hens average 11-18 pounds, Toms can average 16-30+ pounds.
PLEASE NOTE we will do our best to accommodate your request on a FIRST COME ORDER BASIS. NO GUARANTEES can be made as to the exact size of your bird!
The tool below may assist you in determining the size bird you prefer, which may be indicated in checkout. As noted above, we cannot guarantee a specific size so please reserve early if you need a particular size range.
Birds will be delivered on SATURDAY NOVEMBER 14TH, 2 weekends prior to Thanksgiving. This allows customers plenty of time to defrost and prepare their bird prior to Thanksgiving Day, especially those with larger birds or who are traveling or celebrating on an alternative date.
Please kindly ensure that you make the appropriate arrangements for someone to be available during the specified time frame for your chosen pickup location. Delivery is handled by 1 person traveling between multiple locations. Times cannot be altered. We rent a special freezer trailer to hold all turkeys, only for the week of this turkey delivery process. It leaves the farm on Saturday morning to start deliveries, and must be empty for its return immediately after the Richland Park pickup on Saturday the 14th.
Pick-up will be available at the following locations:
HIDDEN HOLLER FARMS, Bethpage, TN. For our local customers, farm pickup is available Thursday November 12 or Friday November 13.
If you select this option, your bird MUST be picked up no later than Friday NOVEMBER 13 at 5pm-NO SATURDAY PICKUPS.

FIRST STOP! The delivery truck will pack up and leave Franklin no later than 9:45 & head to Richland Park Farmers Market in Nashville for the next delivery.
Turkey pickup will be located separately from our regular market location. Detailed information will be emailed closer to time of pickup.

LAST STOP! The delivery truck will be coming from the Franklin Farmers market, and should arrive around 10:15 to set up.
